its true, the card is the definition of situational when talking about elements lol

and yeah, running a fully upped deck using flooding against one of the easiest AI3 proves nothing

I know people don't like the idea of everything flooded with 6 floodings out, but consider that you need to draw all 6 of the floodings in your deck AND THEN the enemy might be playing water creatures that laugh at your flooding. Plus flooding can be PC'd like all other perms and doesn't stack, meaning you'd need 6 PA to protect them all.

Change the "Flooding x6" for "Flooding x6 +", because mindgate can do miracles

If we make it stack it should start at 7 open slots, then decrease by 2-3 per flood.
Also, if we make it stackable then one land should support 2 flying creatures or one non-flying, this will help it keep from becoming OP.

From experience, 7 slots is too many. 5 isn't even good enough for competitive play. For comparison, look at it's better, yet still underpowered alternative: Aflatoxin.

Flooding is ok IMO. It completely ruins creature spamming decks and in combination with freezing effects the 5 central creatures your opponent can still play will likely stay frozen for the rest of the game. Furthermore, in combination with SoPatience it can create a tremendous army. No buff is needed, this card is already powerful in mono- decks and its lack of versality is not a good enough reason to buff it.
