Imo, this card is way UP.
Lets compare it to puly, puly costs 4 +3(2 if upgraded) off element for activation and deals 5 damage,
BE costs 5(more than pulvy)(4 if upgraded)  +creature cost +3 in element for activation and deals no damage.
I propose that it could either be reduced to costing 4 :entropy, or making the activation cost down to 2  :entropy

I think it's very telling that when you see people discussing PC in chat, people always forget about BE.  That's because it's basically worthless in it's current form.  Most of time it just becomes an 8 cost one-time-use PC card, and that's absurd.  Heck, using Elves and hoping for a Destroy mutant is usually a better option lol

I like to think I make good use of this card when given the chance, but it's hardly usable mono for more than a one turn destroy costing 8 :entropy if they have any CC, and to venture out side of entropy you find your quanta at a huge strain.
I think it should be comparible to Pulvy in cost perhaps?  it is one element in cost/activation, but it doesn't have a good mono target imo and biggest point it requires a target.  There is simply more CC than PC imo.

That's the thing, with Pulvy being a permanent, even if you made the costs similar it wouldn't be equivalent in utility simply because of the stated problem that CC is so much more prevalent than PC is.  On top of that, BE has the additional limitation of needing to target low powered creatures.  For me, I think both the casting cost and the activation cost both need to be reduced by  :entropy.

I'd rather reduce the cost more than the activation (at least unupped.)  If it isn't killed quickly I feel 2 :entropy each turn would not be enough a strain.  Allowing me to keep the field going while destroying one thing a turn.  Upped 2 :entropy would be more along the lines of cheaper PC other elements have.

But Pulvy needs two elements. BE only needs one.

pulvy needs 1 card (itself) in order to be used.  BE needs 2 cards (itself and a low atk creature).

pulvy needs 1 card (itself) in order to be used.  BE needs 2 cards (itself and a low atk creature).
and most likely that creature is going to be sort of dead card since the attack is so low.

Playing against Dream Catcher enough times has made me respect this card...

Yes, it does take a bit of setup to use.  However, comparing it to Pulverizer isn't fair, in my opinion.  It's like comparing Arsenic to Scorpion, or Vampire Dagger to Vampire.   The weapon will often be stronger than another card that does something similar.

I believe the repeatable permanent destruction that isn't vulnerable to other PC is worth the setup and cost it takes, especially when it can be done with only a single element.
