This thread will have your team rosters with your current role color coded as follows:

Champion = green
Challenger = yellow
Aide = white

Team 1 Aides =    (Challengers can use up to 6 upped cards)
Team 2 Aides =    (Challengers can use up to 4 upped cards)
Team 3 Aides =    (Challengers  can use up to 14 upped cards)

Again make sure you have read the Rules and if you have any questions AFTER you have read the Rules you can post in here.

Rules needed to be fixed because they were not clear.
- Rounds are best out of 3.
- You may change decks between rounds.
- Quantum Pillars and Shards are banned
- 33% of cards must be in element

Stage II: Part I - The Culling

You will now face each other in best-of-five matches. The first round matchups has been decided by your records and the order of your elements. The goal is simple: don't get skunked (lose 0-3). Each time a player loses 0-3 they are slain and are no longer in the tournament.

Once 4 players are eliminated we will go onto Stage II: Part II - For Glory ,where we will go to a cutthroat single elimination tournament (best-of-5 matches,matchups decided by record) to determine the Budosei as well as the 2nd and 3rd place Champions.

Deckbuilding Rules
- no upgrades
- minimum 3 cards from your element from Stage 1.
- any mark
- you can change decks between round
- if this confuses you you need to stop playing elements
- post your decks after your battle in this thread

2) "For purposes of deckbuilding only, all Pillars and Pendulums are considered "other" cards and don't count toward your limit of cards-per-element." does this mean that I can use as many pillars/pendulums from any element (including quantum pillars) as I want? regardless of if I have an aide on that element or not?
3) I didn't find this in the rules... or I might just be retarded... but is this round best of 1, or best of 3 (I doubt it's best of 5)

Q. so lets say i had aids air,death,earth,and life. I could use 2 upgraded cards and use up to 6 cards from each?

Yes in-element pillars would count. So in a 30 card deck you would only need to have 10 in-element cards including pillars.

No you may not. You may use earth pillars or pendulums though. Any pillars or pendulums (except quantum) are allowed to be used at any time.
