Google Docs
With some effort, we will learn how to use Google Docs, and be implementing them for use in both Bidding and Standings.

Boss Preferences
Rather than choosing what element players would like to be members of, players will now state which boss they would like to serve under in their application, with a relevant bonus going to said boss in the bidding phase.

Secret Sections
Teams will each receive their own secret section in which they can discuss and share submissions and critique each other for improvement. Additionally, Brawlers will be doing their voting within the secret section. Speaking of which...

Voting
Voting has been rehauled to be much better and not cause dispute. Voting for non-brawlers will take place in a public voting thread, and for brawlers in their own secret sections. Voting will be done not by poles, but by posting which submission one believes is best. Voters my vote up to two times for each category, and brawlers, if casting a vote, must cast at least one vote for a team not their own for each category. Additionally, voting phases will last 6 days rather than 7, so that teams can decide on whether to challenge/wager sooner, and submissions will be put in a random order to avoid TLDR

Submissions
Submissions will be randomly ordered. This will avoid TLDR (many submissions) on the same teams every round.

Combos and Combo challenges
Challenges will be making a return, with the new benefit of Combo challenges being added! What's more, voting for combo tasks will be split by role when discernible. In task combos, players will never be comboed with more than one other person, to assist with time zone difficulties. 

Expert Panel
The expert panel will be returned to more or less how it was Brawl #1, giving the Brawlmasters each votes on their favorite submissions. Points awarded for this are to be rebalanced.

Team Names
Team names will now be taking an important roll in the tasks rather than the elements of the bosses!

Standardization
This issue has been highly reviewed to avoid the "Shiny > Quality" issue

Points Table
Minimum 1 point for completing tasks, 0 points for not submitting or if the brawlmasters consider they are ridiculously vague.

I can't say how pleased I am to see these changes. Huge improvement, much needed modifications for the event. Major props.

Good way of getting rid of the "brawlers mostly vote for themselves only" issue, but making the voting like this creates a major issue in my opinion. The brawlers can still coordinate their voting strategically, instead of by merit. I am also almost sure that this will lead to something similar to what happened in the first round of Brawl 2, since everyone knows who is winning the non-brawler part of the voting.

I've always found Brawl to be more interesting than most PvP stuff here, to be honest.

The changes were needed. Good to see that some staff member actually listen to the community...
