The parasite system and the brackets will probably solve my concerns on the previous version of the Draft.

Seems like many people are afraid of becoming a Team Leader. Don't be. All Team Leader does differently, is picking his or her own team, and editing the posts when the team picks their cards. Team Leader is pretty much like any other team member. It's not like War, where the Leader has to take the heat if the team fails.

There is one important quality that the Leader should have, and that is being able to come online every day during the card selection period. Team Leader being offline during that period, would be a total disaster, because then other teams would get to pick the cards from that team.

Hmmm... due to RL reasons (inactivity in the next few days) I shall decline leadership in any case.

EDIT: there goes my try at leadership. :-/ oh well. There will be another chance.
