The Ultimate PVP Deck - Fire/Earth https://elementscommunity.org/forum/index.php?topic=6529.msg68476#msg68476

This is the ultimate PVP deck.

Essentially you win almost every time, and you basically only lose from a ridiculously bad deal (ie. 5 protect artifacts in a row).

Hover over cards for details, click for permalink
Deck import code : [Select]
6rm 6rm 6rm 6rn 6rn 6rn 6rn 6rn 6rn 77i 77i 77i 77i 77i 77i 77j 77j 7dg 7dg 7dg 7dg 7dg 7dg 7dg 7dg 7dg 7dg 7dg 7dk 7dk 7dk 7dk 7dk 7dk 7dl 7dl 7dm 7dm 7do 7do 8pm

Protect Artifacts are there for your Fire Buckler, 4 Shards and one for your pillars (if needed, otherwise on a shard).

Use the Fire Lances/Fire Storms/Fire Buckler to burn down rush decks with less than 40 cards, use your shards to keep you alive.

Conserve Fire Lances (3-4 needed) when playing with decks that have more than 40 cards and wait until you have enough quanta to burn them down in one turn.

This deck owns shreiker (time/earth)/aether mono decks/non-perm control decks, you can have 6 shards and your fire buckler down without needing to wait for your PAs.

Only deck that can beat it is a 41+ card deck with a reflective shield or a lucky Pest/Fractal deck that can quanta starve during the first few turns.

I haven't lost yet playing in the Top 50 (this might be the CPU more than anything else).

looks like a nice stalling deck.
but i dont like terms like...
This is the ultimate PVP deck.
... in this game. in my experience there is no such thing like "ultimate", "unbeatable" or "perfect" decks.

dont get me wrong i like the idea of a fire/earth stalling deck. (hehe, quicksand is such a nice card)

it seems a bit vulnerable to bad draws, like have a lot of Pa or lances in your starter hand.

i just played this deck (http://elementscommunity.org/forum/index.php/topic,6515.0.html) a few times and i liked the rage potions for creature control.
you would have more lances for the final blow if you put some rage in it.

A mirror shield  would be painful... maybe -2 something +2 fahrenheit? PAed of course
So, tell me my friend, what can you see? What comes into your mind as you breathe?
'cause I see colors flourishing like you'd never believe... like a pendulum swings, they swing with me!

I second this. I was quite surprised you didn't have any Fahrenheits in here, either.

If you can manage to put up a reflective shield of your own while vsing a reflective shield, if you attack him with firebolts it will reflect off your own reflect shield and kill him anyway.

Don't forget, a health deck could beat this also. SoD's, and stone skins, for example.
