I think this is a real good idea. It will bring more variety to deckbuilding. As you can see at my postcount I'm relative new to ETG but I noticed that Quanta production is essential. And a greater variety will open new strategies. I also like the art of your card. I definitely will vote for your card. Good work.

Maybe you're misreading the card. When you activate a Maker | Factory, you gain a quanta but you delay the permanent.
A delayed permanent won't produce quanta nor let you use abilities. It's like it's not there.
So if you activate it, you produce less quanta for the next 2 turns, being more vulnerable to Devourers | Pests.
