Decided that I'd rather have the 5 att/hp the way they are than the cost, so I upped it by 1 each as suggested.

Could the disabled effect be represented by a delay effect? this seemingly would effect any permanent with a text ability written below its marker. (thus not effect Pillars/pendulums but isn't a big deal anyhow)

Hells yeah, I would use this. Perm control is what Air suffers the most from lacking, in my opinion. Plus, mythological birds are ossum.

Yeah it's a weaker form of Pulverizer but it's on a stick which is more easily manipulated (both in a positive and a negative way).
also, more colors need solid permanent control.
And the flavour is great :D

Maybe putting more emphasis  on the 'airborne' ability(on a general level) would allow the card to stand out more.

Air could really use another creature, and Permanent control, plus I like the concept.
Nice work.

This guys thunderbird idea...
Perhaps  :air : Three random permanents an opponent controls are disabled for 1 turn. (Could be towers, shields, weapons, ANYTHING)

This allows you to handle MULTIPLE permanents at one time, allows for quanta denial, BUT doesn't destroy the perms.
