It would help if it was clarified in the card whether the copied permanent went to the field or to your hand. Perhaps something like "Adds a copy of target permanent to the playing field" or using PU's wording "Summons a copy of target permanent"?
But copying fits the theme of . It excels at manipulating dimensions and it is what this card is doing.
