ART: Here - temporary IDEA: Xenocidius NOTES: Kind of like the opposite to Flying Weapon | Animate Weapon, this does the opposite and turns a creature into a weapon! At the moment I'm thinking it can target the opponent's creatures as well (combo with Explosion and Steal), but that's subject to change. The weapon replaces any currently in the weapon slot. Right now, it inherits the attack and skill of the base creature. There are a few special cases with skills that could lead to coding complications, so I'll clarify: Deja Vu's skill does nothing. It can be used every turn, but is only a waste of . If a creature with Mitosis (http://elementscommunity.org/forum/index.php/topic,29546) ever gets added it generates that creature on the field. Crusader cannot be targeted. Weapons cannot be airborne. A weapon Phoenix will generate a weapon Ash when destroyed, which will generate a weapon Phoenix when revived. Some uses of this card include: combo with Explosion (currently), weapon-oriented PC (currently), resistance to CC and Sundial, and synergy with Crusader. If this is used on a flying weapon it will revert back to being a weapon, and if Flying Weapon is used with a creature in the weapon slot the base form of the creature will appear on the field. Impressive. Turning a Crusader into a weapon, then using Endow on the Weapon Crusader results in an extra boost + 1 new Endow.

Hmm, I actually intended it for Crusader to be untargetable (read the notes).

Reason being, permanents currently can't change skills, and I don't think the coding base exists for that - so a weapon Crusader's ability couldn't work.

Plus, a Crusader using another Crusader as a weapon doesn't make sense.

Although I suppose if it could work then ... it could work.

A Crusader using it on another Crusader (Weapon), would gain +3|+2 every usage. And that's if you don't buff the Crusader (Weapon) before using this card.

Question1: What happens when Phoenix-Weapon is destroyed? Will there be an Ash?  And would it be a creature or an weapon again?
Question2: A creature with Airborne is made a weapon. Can the weapon bypass Wings?

That's what I found the most interesting here. Use this as a PC! LW on a photon to destroy a Fahrenheit FTW!
Another use: LW on a CP/dune to bypass the shield ...

Question 1: Aye, Ash would be generated in the weapon slot.
Question 2: No, it loses Airborne status. I better add that to notes.

SnoWeb is right. Using this as a form of PC is really cool. But this card needs a cost increase if this would be possible.
Oh, and if I'm right CP/dune wouldn't work, because the base creature is turned into weapon. So it would be a 0 ATK weapon.

And another question (I'm sorry ^^): LW on Armagio. I guess Gravity Pull won't work!? Weapons have no HP when in weapon slot.

It would, but would act like a Bone Wall - absorbs one hit but then is destroyed.

Excellent idea. Especially with Nymphs. My only small difficulty with his card is that the element from which it originates doesn't get a lot of use out of it. Animate weapon has a bit better synergy with wind in my opinion than this does with life. But that's alright.
