[X] is being used to represent an unknown constant value.

6|4 stats are worth 5 :life + 1card. This has a skill value of [X]. This costs 5 :life +1 card unupped for 6|4 stats. The unupped only pays for a skill with a value 0 to 0.5. If the skill value is worth more than 0.5 then the unupped needs a slight nerf.

The skill is 20% unupped. This has a skill value of [X]. Upgrades are worth 1-2. 6|4 stats are worth 5 :life + 1card. 7|4 stats are worth 6 :life + 1 card. An increase from 20% to 30% is worth +[X]/2. The increase from 20% to 30% is only a worthwhile upgrade if the skill value [X] = 2.

Okay, here begins the math lesson again

How can I determine [X] ? The healing bonus varies in different situation, especially in the case of antimatter and vampire.

And should I take the extreme case of Stone Skin (75 HP healing) into account ?

In cases like this I usually make guesses at the value of [X]. With practice those guesses become more accurate. In this case I would assume [X] = 1 for now.

So if [X] =1, the increase of 20% to 30% is worth 0.5.

If I need to make the upgrade worthwhile, a 0.5 increase in value is not enough. So I should keep the Green Sorcerer at 7|4 at current cost, right ?

And, do you think this card has potential ?

Edit : The unupped version now costs one more  :life

I don't want a freaking human in a life deck. I want an animal, that's what life is about.

Humans are lifeforms too, so don't discount them. Like the idea of a card with passive ability to enhance healing. Would be a nice combination with light.

Would a miracle heal the player completely with this card in play? This is an important question, and if your answer is yes, please explain why we should add an ensured EM card.

Quote
The only exception which this card cannot affect will be miracle because it doesn't "heal", it "sets" your HP to a certain amount.

Said in the note.

Miracle is NOT healing, it resets your HP. This is why miracle can kill you when your max HP is 1, because it sets your HP to 0
