It's an interesting idea, sort of like butterfly effect but it only works on huge creatures instead of only working on small guys. Dragons did tend to come off a little flat in this game.
A few things need adjusted though (in my opinion at least . . .)
2 or 3 random quanta is really cheap for what it does. Especially considering some of those abilities are just about game-breakingly powerful.
Many of the abilities in different elements don't balance with one another- while gravity force or triple infect are impressive, they aren't as devastating as most of the others (triple infect is still slower than a lance, and can't hurt the other player, and you usually don't need a great many gravity pulls)
I'm not sure the
ability is possible to code the way you have it- I don't think the game keeps track of what the last card to be destroyed was.
