My opinion of the Fractal is that it will become used in all aether decks because this card is just tooo good.

Not all Aether decks. Phase Shield + Phase Dragon will never die, and decks with totally untargetable creatures would not carry Fractals. Spark and maybe Phase Recluse decks would greatly benefit from Fractal, though.

well, it would kinda suck having to discard 1  recluse and than wait 1 turn for the full effect.

Why not try this with Upped Horned Toads. It doesn't matter if Fractal drains all aether quanta, because Toads are life, and they only cost  for 5/3. Wait a sec, they are like Ball lightnings, they just cost more and have hp.
