What I definitely learnt this round was that I can be very bad at deckbuilding especially when it comes to elements with which I'm not that much experienced. Looking at our marks, it became clear to me that Vineroz's were definitely the better ones because they just allowed for so many stallbreakers. This cancelled out FireSancStall as a possible deck, what had been my primary reason for choosing the
combination.

Expected either accelerated twin Armagios or Fractal Chargers, had to face one accelerated quinted Armagio, well. Planned to outrush him, given that
and
are rather quanta-intensive. The great problem was my crappy 2-pillar start. Once the Silence and Gravity Pull chain was out, it was clear who would win.

I was very sure that he would make use of heavy critters again so I didn't include any Ragepots. Mono Aether rush caught me offguard. First I didn't want to bolt his nymph and hope that I could withstand the damage long enough. Then I bolted his recluse and enabled him to win by one turn, I think. What could have been:
- Not bolting the recluse would have resulted in four bolts in the final hand, enough to defeat him in the last turn.
- Bolting the recluse and deflagging his lobo would have given me one more turn to defeat him with only three bolts left. But I was afraid of Dims.
- Bolting the nymph as soon as possible would have saved me from 35 damage and I would have had all time in the world to accumulate the quanta needed for the 3 other bolts I topdecked during the game.
Conclusion: I can't play Mono Fire; does anyone offer a seminar on that?
Good games, Vineroz, and good luck during the upcoming rounds! You've shown me once again that you're one of the best PvPers. *happily retires*
