if a team plays a stall for deck out, it is very possible that a winner will not be able to be determined after desync as ai would likely play both decks incorrectly

This is quite the unfortunate situation, if decks manage to play full games that would be far fast preferred to ai/DC wins. For the reason the war may have to go on hold for the remainder of the server issues. I'll talk with higs about it.

Below are the screenshots of a turn 2 DC game 1 and a turn 3 DC game 2.  I had no other internet interruption during the match and even used different computers and browsers after the game 1 DC.  I understand that under the current rules, since I got the DC, they should count as my losses, but given the widespread nature of the problem and the fact that I still practically have no idea what w4sh1ng7on's deck is, I'd like to wait to see the WM ruling on these issues before finishing the series, even if the DC rule remains and we restart the series with me down 0-2.

current rules are for desyncs, not lost connection to server (because servers are borked). Therefore, you did not lose either game.

Well that's good.  Should an addendum be added to rule 3.5?

3.5. DISCONNECTS AND DESYNCS
A player who is disconnected during a duel, for any reason, will receive a loss for that individual match. The remaining duels (if any) will be played as normal.

Server problems, while clearly not the intent of this rule, do fall under "any reason".  Given that the server issues are pretty well known at this point, perhaps we could note it there so that anyone looking up the rules for this situation would be on the same page.

And should we try to find another time and just play matches til we can finish enough (or at least get to a fairly determinable outcome) or is there going to be an official hold until these issues are resolved?  Clearly some people have been able to finish games, so I don't know much we will delay war for those who have not completed their matches due to server issues.  Or how many games we ought to try before we can say "we just can't", two games was probably too few, but I wanted the clarification on it before getting a third DC.

A longer-than-the-current-1-day extension would be supported by Team Death.  Multiple factors are in play for my team here.  kdz - fantastic so far, job all things considered.  Please consider deciding on re-extending this round (WM's case based solely on the state of PvP servers I would think) soon so it isn't a last-minute thing.

On team time, the current situation is

My match with Laxa is really troublesome as both decks have a good chance, but his deck's strategy revolves around stalling and attrition, which means that we are being disconnected too early to point a winner, even after ~10 turns.
Every time a graboid evolves, an elemental gets his wings.
