Some examples!
Team Air uses the event card to field these five decks: General #1, Lieutenant #2, Upgrades #3, Upgrades #4, Upgrades #5.
#1 wins, #2 wins, #3 wins, #4 loses, #5 loses.
They salvage 6 cards for each of their winning decks, #1, #2 and #3, for a total of 18 cards salvaged.
As it is now round 3, they discard 15 cards for each loss, from #4 and #5. Since the event card was used with both of these decks, they discard an additional 5 cards from each deck, for a total of 40 discards.
6 + 6 + 6 - 15 - (5) - 15 - (5) = -22

6 + 6 + 6 - 15 - (5) - 15 = -17

They salvage 6 cards for each of their winning decks, #1, #2, #3, #4 and #5, for a total of 30 cards salvaged.
Even though they used the event card for three of their decks, they did not lose any matches (with event card decks or not.) This means they discard 0 cards this round.
6 + 6 + 6 + 6 + 6 = 30

6 + 6 + 6 - 13 - (5) - 13 - (5) = -18
You may not use the event card to apply multiple copies of a boost to one specific player. The event card is used to field multiple copies of the same boost, not to stack them on top of each other.
Additional discards from the event card come from the vault, not the deck.
