WAR #10 Round 2 The teams continue to battle as the heat intensifies. Courage and control runs strong, but the rage runs even stronger through the veins of the savage warriors!	Read the War Rules Contact Warmasters News Team Aether sizzles with a stupendous 5-0 round, while Light fades slightly with a 0-5 round!
Deckbuilding Duel phase has started 10/09/2016 0000 GMT Teams have to build decks for all players who are fighting during this round. All team members participate in the planning. Please do not post your decks in public or talk about them in chat. All decks must be made ready before the timer goes to zero, after which, editing decks is strictly forbidden. Failure to have all of the decks ready will lead to a severe card penalty and/or automatic losses. It is highly recommended that all team members double-check their decks before the duels start.	Duels Fighting ends! 13/09/2016 0000 GMT Duel phase starts when deckbuilding ends. PM your opponent and try to find a suitable time. Time Zone Converter might be useful here. If you cannot find a time when you both are online, please contact Warmasters--mathman101 and Physsion--immediately. If the match does not happen, you both lose by default unless one of you is clearly more active and flexible. Duels are "best-of-five", you must use the deck and mark built during the previous phase, and you cannot make any changes to your deck or mark during the round. your discards. it does not affect your opponent's discard/salvage.

What does it mean Relics increased by 5? How would we earn relics except by use of gambler? Or is it that we could use a relic and it becomes 6 relics?

Any relics won are increased by 5. That is how it is intended, for the gambler winning of relics.

Do the 5 fewer upgrades need to come from in-element cards?

The 4 in-Element upgrades rule still applies.

If you use the EC on a Soldier deck (8 upgrades), all 3 remaining upgrades need to be in-Element.

If you use the EC on a General deck (15 upgrades), 4 of the remaining 10 need to be in-Element, but the other 6 can be allocated however you want.
