The final act of war begins! Who will survive?



Deckbuilding:
Duel phase has started[/t][/t][/t]
Teams have to build decks for all players who are fighting during this round. All team members participate in the planning. Please do not post your decks in public or talk about them in chat.

All decks must be made ready before the timer goes to zero, after which, editing decks is strictly forbidden. Failure to have all of the decks ready will lead to a severe card penalty and/or automatic losses. It is highly recommended that all team members double-check their decks before the duels start.



Duels:
Fighting ends![/t][/t][/t]
Duel phase starts when deckbuilding ends.

PM your opponent and try to find a time that suits you both. Time Zone Converter might be useful here. If you cannot find a time when you are both are online, please contact Warmasters--Helston, Wizardcat, Belligerence, and Killsdazombies--immediately. If the match does not happen, you both lose by default unless one of you is clearly more active and/or flexible.

Duels are "best-of-five", you must use the deck and mark built during the previous phase, and you cannot make any changes to your deck or mark during the round.

Teams may move upgrades around, if the general moves three of his upgrades to a soldier, then the general will have three upgrades and the soldier will as well. It does not need to be split evenly, or at all.

You mean if general moves 3 to soldier, then they both have 6 ?

I think this round needs to be put on hold since gravity used at least 2 illegal decks last round. They can have at most 12 graviton mercinaries in their vault, and they used 14 last round...

4 vs air
4 vs aether (jen-i)
6 vs aether (avenger)

Also, based on my vault analysis, they used cards they couldn't have added to their vault. I haven't finished my analysis yet, but I count 13 cards added to their vault after round 8 (when they can spoil 12 at most), 4 of which required 2:1 transmutations. Therefore, gravity used at least 5 illegal cards in addition to using 2 more mercs than they could possibly have in their vault...

Because the 4 cards that were illegally transmuted were used in both decks vs aether, I motion that gravity is given losses to both aether matches from round 9.

EDIT: the 4 illegal transmutations to which I refer are 2 purple dragons used by Laxa and 2 silences used by Legit. Neither of these cards could have been spoiled from round 8 without 2:1 transmutations. There are 9 other cards that were used R9 by gravity that were not in spoils vault prior to R8.

We won 3 games in Round 8, so a total of 18 cards. Additionally, the 12 in-element card restriction only applies before Round 9, so during and after Round 9 there is no limitation.

I'm not sure where we got the Silences from either. Oh wait.
