Are we to assume that the random abilities are the same as the ones gained by mutations? (Costing a random, defined type of quanta, and limited skills), or are they done differently (all skills costing entropy, nymph skills included ect)
Not a game breaking card, but that is whats perfect about it. Just adding a new little bonus, and it looks like a 'fun' type card, that the metagame could benefit from.
