I've been playing elements for a while now but until recently I didn't begin to appreciate how much can be done with such relatively few cards. Now that I figured out how to balance decks a little better it feels like a completely different game.

I am eager to get some feedback on how I can improve the decks I've built, glean know how from more experienced players, and get to know you all.

Well you can always post in the decks section and you will get a lot of feedback. There are also many tutorials and articles with tips on deckbuilding
