ART: ddevans96 IDEA: ddevans96 NOTES: Revival of a really old idea that buffed all light and fire creatures and gave HP depending on your mark. Also the first idea I ever made art for myself This will not reduce attack below zero. Cost is balanced as follows: Sunshine: 2 (thunderstorm effect) + 2 (lowering attack) + 1 (HP gain) Shining Rays: 2 (thunderstorm effect) + 2 (lowers attack) + 1 (HP gain) - 1 (upgrade bonus)[/desc] Suggestions are welcome. Agree, as is so often pointed out in the card ideas subforum, Fire does not need more sources of attack power.

Hm.. yeah, Fire doesn't need more, and the bonus attack only isn't like Light. If it only worked with Light and gave +2/+2, it would make sense. It would also be like a mass-Blessing+Holy Flash. Kinda unnecessary, I guess. Not a bad idea by any measure, though.

Again, a card like this simply makes RoL + Hope decks way too game-breaking.
Fire cards like phoenix and crimson dragon simply do not need to be strengthened.

I like the redone version, seems pretty balanced, i do not know if it should also lower stats for other creatures.

It would insta kill Lava Destroyers, Bloodsuckers, Virus's,Vulures (not condors), skeletons (not elite), Deathstalkers (unupped), lycanthropes, shrodiners cat (unupped only) ect.

I would say OP unless it cant reduce HP to under 1. Although its no fire shield, fire shield also requires you to sacrifice a shield slot to use it.

The difference here is that it's a spell, so it only works once. It's kind of like a non-light thunderstorm plus healing.
