Even if it was the opponent's? Hmmm, this is a toughie.  It obviously is stronger late game though, as well as chancier.

CURATOR COMMENT
-Replace the :time icon in the ELEMENT section with the word, 'Time'.  :time means Time quanta, and not the element Time; the two are not interchangeable
-Capitalize the word, 'Permanent' in the TYPE section of the table
-Leave the ATK|HP section of the table blank if the card is not a creature (Do not use the phrase 'N/A' to fill in spots of the table)
-*Shorten the TEXT if you can:

Example:
"Every 2 turns, the most recent
killed creature is placed on your
side. Chronologic Revival (Ressurection) is
lost if no creature dies within 4 turns."

* = optional

That said, the cost is a very heavy deterrent for someone to really play this card (most PC cards can ruin this instantly). The idea of continuous resurrection is nice, but also forces a Time user to splash into another element (like Fire) in order to reap the full benefits of getting the opponent's creatures. I would reduce the cost by at least 2-3 :time quanta for both versions, as they seem very risky to place in the current game (unless you know your opponent isn't going to play permanent control cards, but still...).

Lovely art though. :) How long did it take you to make that picture?

Nice card art. Perhaps the clock could be "dissolved", symbolizing that :time is everywhere. (after all :time is the fourth dimension.)
Ignotum venit retro vivere. :aether :light

i mostly agree with you, but the reason i did that was to actually make it harder to use since it´s such a powerful card, also if someone wanted to use this card as a great part of a strategy, they´d just use Enchant/protect artifact which is very potent with this card, also which would make the card even more Powerful since the opponent will always be hesitant to use creature control tactics for the rest of the match  :o
and thanks :), i made the art in Pixlr, it took me about 45-60 minutes, the brushes that come with pixlr are really handy to make just about anything :)

A nice, balanced card.

The quanta cost makes up for it's strong effect.
