i like the concept but this would be totally OP with a ROL + Hope deck, or  Rush deck.

I like it, but for the reasons Flayne stated, I don't prefer it that much. and are spam-rush elements ( because that's what it does, because of Fractal + RoL, which is already powerful enough as it is).

I guess you could increase the costs to 4 and 5 , but...

Flayne, Pests + Fractal + Eclipse would have the same effect except that they steal TONS of quanta and have no uber  - producing-related shield.

I made to be the light counterpart of nightfall and eclipse down to the costs. just reversed the atk/def bonus tho since light and life are about well..life o.o.

I planned that, but as I stated previously I have no control over nightfall and eclipse,but I could just take out that part.
