I think it is a great deck... you can gas the other player by casting nymph tears on the wind pillar and quintessence it while the opponent hardly can attack because of all the sundial. Wait with the sundial and boneshield until the very last moment. Else it may not work. Also use the sundial to prevent your nymph from dying from a Spine Shield or Firewall. The druidic staff will keep you alive a bit. The cards you should fear most are the reflection shields and the pulverizer. If you think your opponent has a reflection shield do not wait with firing the gas and if he already has one you have to hope to win with nymphs you get from the quantum pillars. In case of a pulverizer, steal it or you will need a second blue nymph and a lot of quanta.... You might want to consider in that case to insert another wind tower. In the case of a control opponent with (probably) a pulverizer you want to rush it a bit, so do not save all your sundial. Also do this against mutation decks since the destroy or steal mutations are major killers.
It works upped aswell, but less good than in pvp1 since pvp2 decks are too fast in many cases. If you want to make it upped all but the sundial. Begin with the quint, then the bone wall, then the quantum pillars, then the wind pillars.
Let me know what you think. I have beaten every type of deck with it. Control decks and reflective decks with luck.
One steal may be replaced with a fog shield or a vampire dagger a druid staff or antimatter or a basilisk blood or a gravity pull or pandemonium.
wanna try my deck? ^^
it comes with a guide of like 2 pages tho ^^
my deck IS straightforward
doesnt require much thinking
just following some rules
but
theres a lot of rules
like
if you suspect your opponent has cc dont cast a nymph unquinted unless you have 2 wind pillars and 2 nymph tears and no quint or 12 water quanta (10 water quanta upped, dont do this against upped rushes)
if you have 12 water quanta 1 wind pillar 2 nymph tears no quint cast a random nymph
cast a random nymph also if you have 12 water quanta 0 wind pillar and quint it only when: 1 its good, 2 you have 2 quints and 6 aether.
whatever you do do not cast your sundial unless: 1 you are facing a poison deck, 2 you are below 60 hp, but do not do this if you are sure he has no (a) deflags, (b) way to do direct damage, (c) a weapon (against a weapon you might go to below 40) 3 you dodge an (a) Fire Shield, (b) Ice Shield (c) Thorn Shield or (d) time shield, 4 you have to throw out a card, 5 you can save your bone wall with it, 6 you can wait using your unstable gas like if you can fire two against a ffq deck, but do not save gas against (a) rustlers (unless he has a zillion life quanta already), (b) fallen elfs, (c) rol/hope, (d) devourers.
when your opponent has a fire shield wait with the sundial untill your quinted nymph has 1 def
a nice trick against fire shield is to cast an unquinted blue nymph, no sundial and make your opponent think the nymph will die next turn... then cast your sundial that turn, but its risky.
you see
very easy to play ^^
when facing a pully: 1 steal it, 2: get another blue nymph, 3: lose
when facing a reflective shield: rage quit
^^
when facing a fire stall deck rush your sundial, get a shield
rush sundial is an option against a fast devourer fractal deck
steal his aether pillar and fire your gas asap cuz the devourers will eat ur fire.
know that when you do not get the combo in the first half of your deck you were just unlucky
play your wind pillars like you are playing seism unless you are sure he has no earthquake, do this a little bit with your quantum pillars, like cast 2 or cast 4, never 3
Ive calculated that the chance of getting wind pillar + nymph tear + quint in the first 12 cards is 69.3 %,
getting 2 quantum pillar in the first 8 cards has a chance of 89 %
this makes not getting both of these has a chance of 39 %
and for the FG version:
If you want a nymph horde and have 2 nymph tears and one quint and a water pillar and an aether pendulum, then cast the aether nymph first, then the water nymph so both are quinted upon entering. If you have both a water pillar and an aether pendulum, a nymph tear and two quints first cast the water nymph then the aether so both are quinted. In any other case either cast a quinted air nymph or a quinted water nymph.
