Interesting... I'm wondering if this can be abused, though.

6 X Ruby Dragon
11 X Time Tower
6 X Wormhole
6 X Rewind
1 X Eternity

You could use other high-cost creatures, like Elite Phase Dragons or something, to substitute with Ruby Dragons to get quite a fun deck.

Question: If a creature is in your hand... can it be summoned by Wormhole?

With that deck Icy, you're risking that you could draw 3 or 4 of whatever dragon you choose from the start and not be able to play them ever. 

I suppose a deck like that with Silurian Dragons, a few Anubis, and Mark of Aether could potentially be pretty epic.

Its better like this "Summon a random creature of your mark"

Example:

If your mark is Time, you get a random creature from Time, Silurian dragon, deja vu, anubis, fate egg, etc...

if the card is upped you will only get upgraded monsters
