Card idea changed from Whirlpool to WhirlwindImagine other card ideas and suggestions to work in synergy with this card. Assassim's Fire Mortar, Scaredgirl's disease debuff, etc. As well as existing cards such as Flood (and only Flood for now). This is yet another card that adds more horizon to creature positioning. If the card mechanic doesn't make sense. Imagine the eye of a typhoon or hurricane, now imagine creatures plummeting down because they were air borne before reaching the eye.Toadfish needs more :air fwends.

CURATOR COMMENT
- The Images will require the quanta mark for the cost.

- Why not make the card a Spell that acts instantly? Any effect that the opponent could use to destroy this is better off just destroying flood.

- The effect is somewhat specialised to work with Flood. Is there another use for this card? could you give examples?

Not a bad idea I guess. but the problem is that this card is that it's very one-dimensional. It's only useful when used together with Flooding. In all other situations it is 100% useless. Cards like this are bad in deck building because you can't really get creative with them.

Basically, it's just to prepare for Flood as it is right now. I was thinking of adding slight damage about equivalent to Thunderstorm, but the damage only affecting the non-water, non-other creatures. Using it prior to or while having Flood on the field would also help for you to free the middle row to cover it with some Malignant cells on your opponent's side of the field and yours so you can maybe summon non-water creatures.

But, yes, it is one dimensional in the sense as I was going for Flood preparation.

Would it be too overpowered if it was a permanent permanent with an upkeep cost, while dealing damage to the middle row at the end of each turn while scattering the creatures to the top and bottom rows?

Editedit: I intentionally didn't fix the water mark, because I knew it had some kinks to work out, I was just waiting for feedback.  :)
