The aim of this deck is to set up a full field of cells and a few bonds as soon as possible to gain near invincibility, and get rid of the enemy creatures with plagues and aflatoxins, fill their field with cells as well so they can't play anything.

Then I lose, but most PVP decks are really small.

Why not use Jade shield? Uses life, and cannot be destroyed or stolen so the malignant cells dont come back at you.

I do have a emerald shield in there, I use mostly skull shields to balance quanta usage and skull shields are cheaper.

Might I suggest replacing 2-4 Frogs with Adrenaline? Works much better to speed up the cells, or make a creature die faster from poison. Since it looks like the point is to deck out your opponent, why are the frogs even in there? I'd replace them and either 2 or all of the plagues for poison, since it is a much faster way to win by stalling.

Frogs are there to be aflatoxined, aflatoxin combos well with bonds, so before I can control the opponents field completely I need to be able to out heal their damage. Plague is for getting rid of their creatures faster.

Yes but it'll be useless once they get a cell out. I get that frogs are targets for afla, but Sparks would be much better, or if you wanted it to be life, then Rustlers, since they will die after the first turn they are afla'd

You are correct. I just made this in a hurry, frogs are pretty cheap as well, but you are right rustler will work better.
