What would happen, say, if someone decided to take
six cards of this (or at least five) into their deck, and have them all on the field at once? You'd be generating massive amounts of quanta for each of the elements in question, which can be pretty deadly (a generic rainbow would benefit from this in massive ways by saving up enough

for a phase shield, switching over to

for a steal, then going to

for that miracle, etc.). Maybe I'm not understanding how the pillars work by this quote:
These cards Stack togehter like pillars. The weather change action is usable multiple times per turn like Rustler does. All the weather controls on the stack produce D3 of the same Quanta type during the quanta production that pillars use. If you combine basic and Upgraded Weather control it makes the whole stack the last card played.
The bold parts confused me.

Does converting the weather (from rain to windy to sunny, etc.) cost any quanta? If so, of which type?
Finally, a few other suggestions that can be taken with a hint of salt

:
-"Raining" should be changed to "Precipitation", if you want to account for nearly every weather type that involves some form of falling water (Snow, hail, sleet, rain, mist...)
-Add one more

possibly, and call it 'Heat Wave'
