a believe the ability is too long *max is 3-4 lines* but i like the theory, if you could explain it in less words it would be better.

I like this card. Not much to say about it, as it is pretty straight forward.  :air has a mix of quite a few elements, too. So, it makes a lot of sense with the theme and usage.

It would be interesting if there was a card that changed the whole environment and the game background when used, though.  :)

I like it. Sort of like a quantum tower for :water, :light, :wind, :darkness and :aether. Therefore, my problem is that it will make decks using a combination of these elements way overpowered, rivaling Rainbows. Where as, for example, a Fire/Death/Life deck will have to use mono/quantum towers to less effect.

Nice though.

What would happen, say, if someone decided to take six cards of this (or at least five) into their deck, and have them all on the field at once? You'd be generating massive amounts of quanta for each of the elements in question, which can be pretty deadly (a generic rainbow would benefit from this in massive ways by saving up enough  :aether for a phase shield, switching over to  :darkness for a steal, then going to  :light for that miracle, etc.). Maybe I'm not understanding how the pillars work by this quote:

Does converting the weather (from rain to windy to sunny, etc.) cost any quanta? If so, of which type?


Finally, a few other suggestions that can be taken with a hint of salt ;) :
-"Raining" should be changed to "Precipitation", if you want to account for nearly every weather type that involves some form of falling water (Snow, hail, sleet, rain, mist...)
-Add one more  :fire possibly, and call it 'Heat Wave'

A brief note on your "Notes" description, Kael... You don't need to describe when the quanta is produced, as all quantum-producing permanents generate said quanta during their action in the order of permanent placement. So it's already covered in the card description when it says, "each turn." Then again, being redundant in extra notes isn't all that bad. ;)

How would a bolt deck measure up against the norm when using this card and Shard of Power
(I am still a beginner/novice deck builder you would want to flesh out the deck design before testing it.)

Jump in the Trainer and you can build the deck how you like then post the code here and I'll run it through my test aid. (once I get Excel going again)

I think he's referring to a generation rate of 3/5 quanta of the selected type per turn whenever you weather change.

Why is it darkness in the upgraded card?
The weather change action is usable multiple times because you don't want to add any extra gui element to select the quantum type.
But i guess, if Zanz made a color selector screen (there is something for selecting your mark), that would do as well?
