Note: Mare Crisium is means "Sea of Crisis" in latin, but it's a play on words, because Mare is a female horse in English.

It has to do with time because she causes creatures to be able to be 'reborn' as something new by giving them the hatch ability.

I really don't think it's that useful. If you really want to use hatch, use twin universe or fractal. It's best use would be to lobotomize enemy creatures.

first point: tu or fractal have high costs and are not so good for time second its a card for mono so you could kinda make this on dejavus
second point: lobotomize has nothing to do with time has it
and another idea for this card how about reavearse time the whole field so you get your cards also back but thats no problem couse time has some cards like sundial procog hourglass and so on wich gives you that cards pretty fast back

With this mount, you'll probably start getting things to hatch on turn four or five. With my TU deck, you'll have two or three by turn three.

And lobotomizing means removing a skill from a creature. This mount card removes a skill, then gives it hatch. The only way your opponent can use that hatch ability is if they have time quanta.

Pretty interesting. I actually like it quite a bit. You could use this with Deja Vus (after they've used their ability) and spawn lots of random creatures in a mono-deck.

It's true that your deck may be faster, Demagog, but it takes cards from 3 elements and is prone to strange draws. A Mare Crisium / Deja Vu-based deck would be pretty slick.

Also, the purpose of new cards is not to be better than entire decks based around a single concept.  Of course a deck built around spamming fate eggs is going to be better than 1 card that can make fate eggs.

All I'm saying is this card is underpowered. You can only have one out, and once you start using its ability, you get one hatch per turn. If you start with deja vu's, you don't get much firepower to begin with, and then you have to hope you get some good creatures.

Oh, and what happens if you TU a mount?

the original mount dies.   You can only have 1 mount in play at a time.  period.  No way to get around that.

Here, you think it's underpowered?  think about this... you can use this ability on your opponents creatures to remove their skills.  If anything, that makes it overpowered, because it's basically a combination of lobotomize and mutate for mono time.

Ya, I already said it can lobotomize. And that's its only strength. And it's not overpowered because it's a creature and the skill price is "high."

Honestly these cards should be permanents, with a slot like weapons and shields. It can still have its attack, like a weapon.

where to place the mounts on the field is a decision for zanz to make I suppose, but they are animals, so they should be able to be killed by spells just like any other creature.  I think that making them permanents would make them too powerful, because there would be less options for getting rid of them.  And such suggestions are best placed in the mounts post instead of the posts for individual cards.
