I apologize for any inconvenience this has or may cause, including deckbuilding issue and the delay of the tournament, which will start as soon as possible.

Where can I petition to have Chimera added to the mythical creature list?

So if I use Cockatrices I can't use Emerald Towers?
,,Your deck cannot include spells or permanents of an element that matches the Mystical beasts you have included in your deck.,,Does that mean (for example) pegasus and light pillar (pendulum) in same deck is illegal?
Every Pillars and Pendulums are always allowed in tournaments unless stated otherwise.Standalone Mark cards belong to their element and is treat as the same as a Pillar for the purposes of official organized PvP unless stated otherwise.
non-uncondtional-quanta-generating permanents
