Prizes

1st	7,000 electrum + Nymph/Mark + Trophy (Forum Icon)
2nd	5,000 electrum + Nymph/Mark
3rd	4,000 electrum
4th	3,000 electrum
5th	2,000 electrum
6th	1,000 electrum

Players who lose their quarterfinal (Top 8) matches will compete for the 5th and 6th place prizes in a mini-tournament. Prize-eligible players (namely, ones in the top 8) who leave the tournament without notifying the Tournament Organizer of their intent are considered to have forfeited their match, and also their prize.

Special Rules

• Shards are not allowed.
• Upgraded cards are allowed with condition, but not required.
• Your deck must include at least 6 Mystical beasts of any combination.
• Your deck cannot include spells or non-uncondtional-quanta-generating permanents of an element that matches the Mystical beasts you have included in your deck.
• Only Pillars/Pends/Mark Cards and Mystical beasts can be used upgraded.

This is worded very awkwardly, but a large majority of people built decks interpreting it like this:

If you use a mystical beast in your deck, the only matching cards of that creature's element that you can use are other creatures, pillars, pendulums, and marks.

This is the interpretation we will use. I apologize for any inconvenience this has or may cause, including deckbuilding issue and the delay of the tournament, which will start as soon as possible.

Er, I don't think that's what he meant (I'll wait for his official answer, but here's this:)

Every Pillars and Pendulums are always allowed in tournaments unless stated otherwise.
Standalone Mark cards belong to their element and is treat as the same as a Pillar for the purposes of official organized PvP unless stated otherwise.

I don't think the rules of the tourney "state otherwise," but, yeah, I'd kinda like to know, too xD

Is mythical the right word instead? Well that was a bit embarrassing. Not gonna change the title now since you know what I meant, but this certainly shows making tournament hastily in the middle of the night cannot guarantee good quality.

Pillars/Pends/mark cards are generally not counted as permanent. I will consider to put this into main rules, but for now the special rule in the OP is updated to reflect this.

Chimera is added to the list; and yes GotP is in too because of Minotaur.

Why no spells/permanents from the element of Mystical beast itself but from every other element? I can see a lot of Darkness in these decks: time for everyone to prepare their sanct stall with 6 dead cards! xD (It's sad, but I think they are viable decks to get the full versatility of the elements you are stalling with)
