1st	7,000 electrum + Nymph/Mark + Trophy (Forum Icon)
2nd	5,000 electrum + Nymph/Mark
3rd	4,000 electrum
4th	3,000 electrum
5th	2,000 electrum
6th	1,000 electrum

Players who lose their quarterfinal (Top 8) matches will compete for the 5th and 6th place prizes in a mini-tournament. Prize-eligible players (namely, ones in the top 8) who leave the tournament without notifying the Tournament Organizer of their intent are considered to have forfeited their match, and also their prize.

Im confused. Is it 12 from air, 12 from light and 4 from either air or light? The third rule seems redundant since you will have at least 4 of either air or light from the 12 of them in rule 2...

The wording is incorrect then.

"Your deck must include at least 4 cards from either Air or Light" clearly states that 12 Light and 0 Air cards would be a legal deck. (And is redundant indeed, given the prior rule)

the last rule needs rewording to remove confusion maybe to your deck must include at least 4 air cards and at least 4 light cards as not everyone will read beyond the rules.

From the deck examples viney provided pillars and pends count towards the 12 from each element, and the four light or air cards.
