ART: kamietsu IDEA: moomoose NOTES: the cost is low/null because of the balancing mechanism built into the card mechanic itself.  rounding is up, so 3 -> 1.5 -> 2 for both cost and attack a 6 attack creature costing 3 quanta would become a 3 attack creature for 2 quanta a 7 attack creature costing 4 quanta would become a 4 attack creature for 2 quanta *this card only applies to cards played from your hand, *not* cards generated from creature/permanent abilities, or from spells such as nymphs tears.  SERIES:

Interesting idea.

I can see some uses with empathic bond and adrenaline. Fractal too.

I can also see it being used in a railgun deck where it would be splashed to fuel cheap armagio and SoFo.

Probably the most potent use, though, would be to put out creatures with powerful abilities, like pharaoh and FFQ. You could probably field a FFQ first turn with a little luck.

I was a little worried it might be abused at first, but looking through the creatures more closely it actually seems pretty well balanced. Very nice card.

Also, Mitosis.  If a creature played with 'Brood' gained Mitosis, will the ability cost the reduced cost or its actual cost?

Maybe make the upped cost 1 other, similar to Animate Weapon?
