NOTES:
Description:
A different form of CC that manipulates maximum health instead of dealing damage. This can be used to counteract decks with healing creatures or cards such as Acceleration, Voodoo doll, or Liquid Shadow. It can also help kill opposing creatures when used along with things like Fire Shield or Thunderstorm.

Notes:
-Pokemon references FTW!
-Cost comparable to Lighting|Thunderbolt.
-Since it doesn't deal damage, it can't be abused with Voodoo doll.

Yes, because the creative name of a card clearly determines its merit, creativity, and interest. Although with the quality of some CIA cards and the votes I wouldn't be surprised if that was the case!
