How does it work? The creature must be first afflicted by the condition for us to target it with the withdraw?

Because if that's the case, "Immaterial" shouldn't be on the list, I believe.

Hmmm... this will be OPl if it stacks too far.

There should be a limit to how far the DR can stack.

One way would be to just set a hard limit (maybe 3)

Another would be to make the effect only give a % chance to get the bonus. If the chance is linked to the current DR then you can give a higher upper max or even possibly remove the limit altogether:
"Target creature now has a chance to gain +1 damage reduction and -1|+0 any time it recieves a negative effect."

So maybe you could have something like: P(bonus DR) = 100% / (current DR + 1)
So at 0 DR it will automatically gain more DR, after that it drops off harmonically.

... For some reason I can't cast a Vote, but I would give a 4 out of 5 if I could... Its not an OMG crazy good effect, but I do think it would make a very valuable addition to earth's arsenal... And there is something to be said for subtlety :)

You can use it on a creature your opponent controls that has Adrenaline to drop the amount of damage it does by 1|2.
