deathstalker + quint + SoW doesnt poison (apparantly intentional)

it is as if SoW overrides deathstalker's ability.

this does not happen when you use SoW without quint.
I'll try if this also happens with other scorpions.

since when is spell damage an active skill?
much like momentum- a charger has it as active skill, but giving momentum to a creature wont remove the skill.

Using Shard of Wisdom on an Immaterial creature will change its attack to Spell damage.

So, in a sense the creature no longer actually even touches the opponent. (If that makes it easier to understand)

Think of it like this. In order for a scorpion to poison, it has to stab it's enemy with it's stinger. But the Quint + SoW combo turns the damage into spell damage. So now it's like the scorpion is shooting lightning at the enemy. It now has a different attack, one that does not poison.

When I posted a Dune+SoW combo a while ago, it worked, so not sure if it's intentional.

Immortal creature + SoW > spelldamage > poison overwritten.

Poison is given when PHYSICAL damage is given.  When the creature deals SPELL damage, the poison does not go through.
