It's a useful Water healer, being able to respond to all sorts of cards ranging from Acceleration to Freeze, to even effects that help you like Momentum. Using this together with Purify could allow you to build up a rather powerful creature through the various effects it will obtain.
Positive Status Effects are : Immaterial, Cloak, Purify, Momentum, Adrenaline, Wisdom, Evasive (SoF), Reflective (Jade Shield, Reflective Shield), Burrowed, Stone Form (+0|+20), Lycanthropy (+5|+5).
Having counters (E.g. Poison) on a creature is treated as a 'status effect'. How is this important? Well, let's say Gaian likes to experiment with counters...
