Hmmm, I did want to fit in the "comsume all
" effect, but wouldn't removing the discard reduce its potency as a deckout weapon?
Also, part of the goal of the series is to introduce cards that provide positive bonuses when discarded. This card is meant to provide a means to power those effects.

Each card will provide 1
when discarded (to build a unique quanta supply source for time)
Each card will have an effect that either triggers when a card is discarded or causes a card to be discarded to power an ability
