It's great in PvP. Most decks there are speed decks that rely on heavy hitters, and antimatter turns them into heavy givers :-D If you're up against someone that has units you can target when played but may not be targetable after, always keep enough quanta to cast antimatter (or if you don't have one handy, at least mutation depending on what it is). The mutations are mainly to counter creature control... druids, maxwell demons, and squids are the biggest threats. If your opponent uses poison as creature control you might use one on your dragon (kind of a gamble though). The discord isn't needed, but I have it in there anyway (you can replace it with a mutation). Taking out three towers for three novas/supernovas would also be useful occasionally and wouldn't hurt the deck (if you're worried about devourers or if for when you occasionally mutate your dragons).
It's decent in AI5... I went about 50%, and I could have done better if I had played more intelligently (usually either not reserving quanta for antimatter or using mutation when I didn't need to).
Its weakness is lots of creature control, aether (no targets AND phase shield), and the new thorn shield (if it's played early, don't play your dragons until you have enough out to win in three or four turns).
Its strength is against most creature damage based speed decks. Ten cards are specifically used to counter those decks, and if you have a discord and get it early, it will slow them down.
