Revamping the second idea I had submitted to CIA.

Affects creatures when they are played after Macrocosmic | Microcosmic.  All stats are returned to normal when Macrocosmic | Microcosmic leave the field.

Odd stats round up when halved.

Effect of Macrocosmic | Microcosmic does not count as damage.  However, when Macrocosmic | Microcosmic leaves the field, Voodoo dolls deal the extra damage done to them, if any.

Does not stack.

Cool idea, i would compare the unupped to Sundial.
The effect is halved for damage reduction, but is doubled in duration. So the cost could be the same: 1 :gravity.
But it also removes airborne, so i guess it should cost 1 more. So i think the unupped should cost 2 :gravity.
The upped seems balanced, since the effect only work on opponent for 4 :gravity.

EDIT: i made a wrong comparation, since i didn't count for health reduction, both on you and on opponent.
It's difficult to value a mass effect like this. The upped one is particularly tough, since it's very powerful.

Because a Permanent upgrading into a Spell doesn't make sense.  Also, a Spell wouldn't have the same affected range.

I see two effects:

- Half creature stats
- Remove flying

Putting aside for now the discussion that both effects are (as so far as my knowledge goes) new to Elements and if it would not be better to (first) create seperate cards with the respective ability, I see some problems with halfing creature HP, those creatures receiving damage and then 'ending' the effect.

So, thinking about the technical phrasing, if the effect ends, would the creatures HP be 'doubled' or 'returned to amount before the effect started'?

Example:

A 4 HP creature comes under the effect of the spell, So its HP becomes 2. It attacks into a Fire Shield, HP becomes 1. Then the effect ends. What happens now? Does HP become:

- 4 The original HP
- 3 The original HP minus 1 attack
- 2 The current HP doubles

Similar questions for creatures with odd HP, say 5. You say it rounds up (understandably, otherwise it outright kills 1 HP creatures (you might consider the template 'half HP, round down, not below 1')), so 5 HP becomes 3.

If the effect ends, does the HP become 5 or 6, taking into consideration the arguments used in the 4 HP creature case. What happens if it gets damaged.

As always, don't get me wrong, I like the concept, these are merely practical issues I see arising.

Spoiler for Example:
P1 plays Armagio [0|25]
P1 plays Macrocosmic Pull
Armagio becomes [0|13]

P2 plays Lightning
Armagio becomes [0|8]
P2 plays Deflagration
Macrocosmic Pull is destroyed
Armagio becomes [0|16]

Simply put, liken it to Burrow, but applied to both stats.

Okay, clear for now.

Second issue: In the notes you explain this applies to creatures that are played after Macrocosmic Pull is played. From reading the card I intuitively gathered it applied (at least) to all creatures in play at that time. You might want to consider editing the wording a bit, although granted it would not be the first Elements card whose exact working cannot be directly understood from its wording.

I think the wording says "All stats are returned to normal when Macrocosmic | Microcosmic leave the field."
So as is written now we'll have:
Abyss crawler 6|6
Play Microcosmic pull-Abyss crawler 3|3
Abyss crawel take a Thundersotrm-Abyss crawler  3|2
Microcosmic vanish and its effects are removed-Abyss crawler back to normal status minus thunderstorm effect-6|5
