Labyrinth only affects your opponent's creatures.
Labyrinth does not affect creatures generated by an effect like Mitosis or Scarab.

Creatures are delayed based on their size [maximum health].  I've decided to humour OldTree's suggestion as it does seem more viable as there are different spaces in the niche...

For every turn past 20, every 10 Max Health on a creature raises the Delay by one turn.  Although this only affects a few Gravity creatures.  Particularly Chimera.

Most creatures have less than 5 hp, so they get delayed 1 turn. This card really reminds me of one of OT's time c ards that stopped newly summoned creatures from attacking.

I would use a non linear scale to match the non linear hp progression.
Ideally something like 1-3, 4-9, 10+
Might deserve a cost reduction to 5|4.

I really like the idea, but it seems way powerful.  I think the cost ought to be upped to 10 or so for a card this powerful.  Either that, or maybe have the card affect your creatures as well.  Then the upgraded version would affect only enemy creatures for a cost of 7.

Well, it only delays one to two turns.  And most of the bulky creatures, particularly dragons, get the cut from airborne so they are delayed only 1~2 turns themselves.

Compare this to Procrastination, which is a constant supply of Delay as opposed to the one-time Delay of Labyrinth.

But see if you use this card with reverse time/ eternity you could basically wipe the board.  If I play a massive dragon with 30 hp, you would just wait 5 turns then reverse it.  Even sapphire chargers, normally immune to the procrastination shield, would be affected.  In addition, it's a permanent, so there's really nothing stopping you from throwing 6 of them on the field.  Even decks with good permanent control would have issues.  If you made it more expensive it would reduce spamming, or perhaps make it a shield so that only one can be out at a time.
