I haven't actually posted a deck before, seeing as whenever I search there has already been an idea like mine, but after countless searching of the WHOLE forum, I couldn't find anything like this:

If it's been posted before, I'm sorry  ?_?

Basically, the pandes can't hurt your dragons, so really it's like paying 3 :entropy for an upped pande. You also don't have to upgrade the card.
This is fun when it works. Right now I am working on a burrow version of this.

Any feedback is welcome.

I built this for today's tourney (with immortals instead of dimshields, since dims were banned today) and had exactly the same thought about not having seen it before.  I never actually used it today, though.  I think the one I designed had 5 pande 4 dragon 6 immortal 2 lightning, or something along those lines.

I did actually make this in tourny (and played it as well) but with immortals instead of dims. It works better with dims though, as one of the actions is infect, which means it tales a while for the creatures to die. It actually helped me win a crucial match that led to my 6th-place ranking.

You have enough  :entropy with the mark. 1 mass CC card every 3 turns, plus the dim shields is trolling enough.

Doesn't this fall prey to the panda and immortality glitch where the opponents creatures don't get affected since all yours are invincible?

Hm, you're right. The bug is fixed. Anyway, you don't need all that pends. A simple mark of :entropy is enough to fuel them. You could also try immortals. Immortals are better damage/cost ratio.

AFAIK That glitch is the other way around, your creatures don't get affected when the opponent has no targetable creatures.

Edit: Nevermind, it is fixed.
