isn't it a bit overpowered? It's like Protect artifact but it protects every permanent except itself.
With only 3 of them you already need 3 PC to even be able to touch the enemy shield/weapon.
Denial becomes very difficult.
On the other side I might also be wrong since with SoFo repeatable PC is more common.
Also there still are EQ, BE and Pulvy. If you see it like this, maybe the quanta production should be removed?
However, I kinda like the idea. It reminds me a lot of cloak. You'd then have to choose if you want to protect perms and
gain quanta or protect both creatures and perms. I'll follow this discussion
