Could you explain the mechanic a bit more, please?

Say I have 5 cards in my hand. My opponent has a hibernation. He uses it on me. For the next two turns, I just draw cards without playing them, and I get to 7 cards. Now what happens?

It looks like you have 5 cards, are forced to draw one when this is played, then cannot play anything for the next two turns.

You: 5 cards
Opponent: This card on you
You: draw during opponent's turn, 6 cards
Opponent: Whatever
You: Draw, can't play, 7 cards
Opponent: Whatever
You: Draw, can't play, 8 cards, forced to discard

Uh, for 6 earth quanta, I don't think the upped is really powerful unless you need to draw or want a 2-turn silence/forced discards. Also, how would this interact with Sanctuary? Would the other person not draw to 6? And is this stackable? And if you have 7 cards when this is played, would you discard 1?

Seems like unupped is fine.
