great idea, but it may be UP..maybe lower the cost IMO, since your own card doing 5 damage to you is quite a downside when you think of the other weapons you could use instead. Plus, as an example, EE does 7 damage for 5 :air upped, with an ability; Morningstar and Titan do 8 for 5;. This does 10 damage for 4 random quanta upped, without an ability, with a downside.

actually, since all the 'other' weapons are non-rare, my goal was to make another weapon that could be included with the ones already in the bazaar. i didn't want it to outclass them so much that it would become a rare. i probably should have mentioned that i intended this to be non-rare.

this does the most damage out of any weapon in the game, so there needs to be a fairly substantial reason not to play it over a gavel. i suppose with the hp loss the cost could still be reduced from 5/4 to 4/3 though.

also, it's true that there are still more powerful weapons in the game, there are still scenarios where people would use it. mono-air might always want to use eagle's eye, but mono-entropy might not always want to use discord.
