ART: etg IDEA: moomoose NOTES: originally was going to have the basic card be 3: generate , but then that's the only thing people would see in the polls and it would be rejected outright. non-basic pillar-ish, essentially converts quanta produced by other sources to the designated element, this is merely the example.  would work well in conjunction with quanta producing creatures, immolation, nova and/or quantum towers. this would work best if there were a check in the coding to help avoid using to generate , unless no other elemental quanta is available for use. There is a chance (1/12) that any particular quanta produced by Quantum Pillar would be  .
However there is a chance (greater than or equal to 1/12) that any particular quanta used by Burning Beacon would be a  .

And Spires and Towers will tend to be out of sync. Either there are too few towers to sate the appetites of the Spires or the Spires will not deplete the non fire quanta.

when you put it that way, it looks like it could use a buff, upped especially.  either a reduction in cost or increase in output.

Yes a buff is definitely in order.

What are your thoughts on
1)
1:  would be 6 per 4 permanents

2)
The upgraded being able to be used when played [Swift] or have a come into play effect like a tower.
