The flooding will be removed when the creature has "emerged" Adjacent spots are, as it suggests, the spots next to, above, and below the spot that Levii is played. For example, if Levii is played in 1, then squares 4, 5, 9, 18, 14, and 21 are affected. However, if it were played and plunged into square 21, your opponent's spots 9 and 18 would also be affected. I like it. Gives mono-water an effective creature.

EDIT: I liked it when the cost was 6 and 7 . 4 and 5 is a really low cost for that kind of firepower.

So it's like a water shrieker that gains +4 attack if in water? Does the +4 add to the attack like nightfall (added regardless of burrowed or not) or does it become +2 when burrowed and submerged? Overall, this seems UP as any card paired with flooding will be since flooding already costs 3|2 to play, and it also drains per turn. Add to the fact that you need at least 6 creatures, 5 played before Levii for it to get the boost. Basically, Levii is just a more expensive abyss crawler with the ability to burrow. Not too appealing.

The boost remains constant, whether or not the creature has been submerged.

I see you buffed it. Now it makes blue|abyss crawler utterly useless.
unupped, it is almost an exact copy of abyss crawler, but with burrow and flood bonus. Upped, it's an extremely powerful attacker (8 damage for 5 quanta? Where can you find something that powerful?) that also has burrow and flood bonus. Try comparing that to shrieker, same attack, way cheaper, way more health, and gets attack bonus. OP much?

Well really depends on what you want with this creature. A vanillish attacker? Water already has dragons and crawlers. Some unique interesting ability? Chrysoara and mind flayer. If you're going down the road of flooding synergy, then make it so that it will actually benefit quite a lot from flooding or it has some unique trait. For example: Spawns on the highest creature square when played. This makes it actually be able to have much better synergy with flooding. Since you don't want it to be too vanilly, I suggest making it quite weak without flooding, but having highmidrange attacker stats like 8|5 while flooded.

your card's attack and life dont match what you have in the lower part of the table there are alot of mistakes with attk and life and other things

i think ive seen the underwater bonus before, but the card itself escapes me at the moment.

anyway, if anything, i would suggest a smaller costing, smaller base damage creature, so that it could be either fractaled or mitosis'd into being in flooded tiles.  something like a 3 2|2 (+4|+0 when underwater) and  3 3|3 (+4|+0 when underwater) and personally id ditch the psuedo-burrow ability.

1. Effect is burrow.
2. Lot of creatures concept take bonus when underwater.
3. Submerge is an obvious name for these kind of ability, so it's been used several times for other cards.

Yes! A decent creature to use for SoP!
Great idea, if this gets put in the game, there's bound to be more decks based around flooding.
