Since it only can affect your side of the field, why not make the source of water non lethal and instead have a benefit?
I guess there's the graphical issue of differentiating two types of "water", but that could easily be solved with different shades of blue.

How would I be able to effectively make non-lethal water have a benefit, while staying with the theme of diffusing water to adjacent spaces? It would probably be easier if Elements had creature placement manipulation, but as of now the only benefit I can see is increasing quantum profit. (which I'm not sure about putting more in, since this card is intended to behave similarly to Immolation). I'd also prefer the effect of this "water" to be rather simple.

The Diffusion | Osmosis describes the dehydration of the target creature as the source of the water. The effect could be a purifying pond as the waters diffuse (through osmosis) into the other creatures.

Card Updated:
Limitation of targeting only your creatures removed. (It's much more likely to favor your side of the field when you use it, but against the enemy field the quanta gain is sort of a Passive CC).
New type of waterspace introduced : Cleansing Pools. Cleansing Pools remove all negative status effects and give a creature + 0 | + 1 each turn.

I'm a little confused. When it says 'floods', does it mean the flooding affect of Flooding, indicating that mostly Water cards can be in the reaches of the cleansing pools?
Also, can the spaces reach to the opponent's field from yours?

'Floods to nearby spaces' means spaces adjacent to the creature. I don't think spaces should reach onto the opponent's field since that overcomplicates the code for little benefit.

This card seems quite overpowered, especially if going for a fractal water deck. This card paired with fractal and shard of Patience would make for an almost unbeatable combo, as you could have a RoL deck, use 2 of these, one shard of patience, and suddenly you have an unbeatable force of RoL's, all with 5/5.

One question: is the +0/+1 "heal" (like in guardian angel) or simply add hp (Like in plate armour)?
PVE shouldn't be all about copying a deck code and converting time into electrum, score, and potentially rares.
If the only way to derive fun from a game is its PVP content, then non-hardcore players a.k.a. the mass are alienated from the hardcore community.
