Not 'act', but becomes as it was when played from the hand.

What is the percent chance for switching sides?

Even if the chance is fairly low, that makes the card pretty weak and when it does work it can be very annoying to an opponent. Perhaps a more appropriate effect could be used that works somehow with the facedown effect, such as 'Cloaks target creature from both players?"

Edit: I found out - It means invisible to both players.

Why "Delayed and Fully Cloaked" over "delayed and invisible"?
Isn't the purpose/use of this card a bit too similar to Reverse Time?
