Also, I'm a little concerned that if Roc is a standalone card it's better than Azure Dragon in every way. Since the point of these cards is for Granite Statue to serve as a vehicle for Roc, there is no need to make Roc so cost efficient.
I don't think Roc is supposed to be a standalone card. I think the idea is that it's something like Ash or Malignant Cell, where it is a card for purposes of rewind and things like that, but you can't build a deck with it. (unless you hax)
Yeah, is not supposed to be a standalone card, though it can't cost like...12. If it would be rewind'd, it has to have a decent casting cost.
