Hello, this deck is intended to verse Level 3, Level 4 and Level 5 (False God) as well as PVP1 and PVP2.

The problems is that I don't really get enough quantums, nor good hands.

The help I need is that I came here for improvements of my deck.

Any improvements / Suggestions will be useful :)

Thank you

Xelax

I think at least part of the problem is that this is a huge deck with very little damage; there are only 3 or 4 creatures there, and all of them have low attack.
You've got the problem that most people have when first making a rainbow- trying to get everything in, and combine every kind of tactic. You need to cut back on the card numbers and drop some parts out- if you want mutants, focus on that a bit more, or if you want a CC deck focus on the Otyugh part.
You can probably drop the Cloaks- at least 2 of them. Go with just two shields- either two Dissipation Fields or one Field and one Dim Shield. You're unlikely to use 2 miracles in a match (though I can see with the Mark of Light that that's what you were thinking of), so I'd take one out. Try and get it below 50 cards.

yeah this deck is massive....your draws are going to be all over the place....consider slimming it down...and adding some damage.

Cut the deck size down a bit. If you can, change the novas to supernovas, that should be able to cut your quantum pillar count down by at least eight.

***TRIALS RESPONSE***

Rainbows like this is very fun to play, as you probably already know after playing with your deck. They are also quite effective. But there are ways to make them even more effective. Higher winrate is something everyone loves. :)
I see a few things with your deck as I'd like to improve. First, the light mark is pretty unneccesary, and a time mark would work better. The Hourglasses consumes quite a bit time quanta. Secondly, I find unupped novas in big rainbows pretty bad. In upped format Supernovas are very useful, but in this deck I don't think they are needed. Then when talking about cutting down the deck size, I find some cards that you don't need. Plagues, Morning Star, Novas, Butterfly Effect... Removing them will make the deck work more smoothly. If you have an Eternity - add it. They work both as slowing down your opponent, and to keep you from decking out. If I was to build the deck, this is the way I would do it:

As you can see, the basic idea is the same while a good amount of cards is removed, changed and added. Bone Walls works perfect in this deck. Sanctuaries for healing, Boneyard for generating Skeletons to mutate with your Fallen Elf. Another Hourglass because they are vital. And some smaller changes.
